At this point you need an operational department more than a packing corner. At this volume we reserve a dedicated pick wall, SLA reporting, and a dedicated account team.

Three components, no hidden figures
Our quotes fit on a single A4. Every monthly invoice breaks down into the same three components — you can see straight away where the amount comes from.
Fixed monthly fee
Covers the management of your account, the WMS portal, the connection to your shop, and first-line customer service. Not volume-dependent — you know each month exactly what this part costs you.
Variable per order
A fixed amount per pick movement, with a lower tier once you exceed an agreed monthly volume. No surprises at the end of the month.
Storage per pallet or m³
Invoiced monthly based on your actual footprint in the warehouse. Climate control, high-bay racking, and fragile zones are all included.

Order picking & packing
Pick robots and skilled staff work side by side: robots handle fast-moving lines whilst our team manages fragile or slow-moving products. Your own packaging, gift wrapping and marketing inserts are processed at no extra charge within the standard workflow.
Shipping & track-and-trace
We ship parcels and pallets to NL, BE and DE within 24 hours, and to the UK within 72 hours. We work with PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS — our system selects the best carrier for each order.
Returns Processing
Returns are processed and classified within 24 hours — ready for resale, storage, or back to the supplier. Your shop is updated automatically.
Marketing fulfilment
We photograph your products, assemble influencer packages and dispatch samples — all from our warehouse. No need to set up a photo studio.
Plug-and-play integrations
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed, Bol.com and EDI. Orders, stock and track-and-trace flow through in real time.
