About us

Logistics with an Achterhoek mentality

We take pride in doing our work properly, and we will explain exactly how it works. No jargon, no sales tricks, no 'contrary to what you might think'.

Fulfilment Achterhoek was founded in 2014 from a single warehouse in Zevenaar. Our original idea: give webshop owners their time back. That principle has never changed.

Front view of the main facility in Zevenaar

Today we work for over a hundred growing webshops, from three warehouses in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. We have forty permanent colleagues, plus a flexible pool for peak periods. Our WMS was developed in-house because no existing package seemed good enough for what our clients actually need.

We are not a multinational, and we have no ambition to become one. What we do want is to be the best choice for webshops that are serious about growing without building their own warehouses.

How we work

Three principles you will recognise throughout our work

Call us and come by

No account manager hiding behind an email address. You have a fixed point of contact, and the warehouse floor is always open to visit. Decisions happen faster when you can see how things look in practice.

Straightforward pricing tiers

Our rates fit on a single sheet of A4. A higher tier means a lower price per order — nothing more, nothing less. No hidden surcharges for peak periods or seasonal demand.

Growing alongside you

When your volume grows, we grow with it. Sometimes that means a dedicated pick route, sometimes an additional integration. We run the numbers first and only build further once the business case stacks up.
