Real-time visibility of your stock in a modern, IT-driven warehouse. Standard, fragile and oversized — all under one roof.

We store your stock in modern warehouses in Zevenaar and ‘s-Heerenberg. Fragile, oversized or temperature-sensitive products are given their own dedicated space with appropriate climate control.

Our WMS connects directly to your webshop, so you no longer need to manage stock levels yourself.

How it works

From lorry to stock visibility

Five steps between unloading at our dock and a live update in your shop. They happen largely in parallel — the average pallet is traceable in the system within four hours.

    Goods-in & verification

    15–30 min per pallet

    On receipt we photograph any damaged parcels and scan every barcode. Discrepancy with your packing list? You will receive feedback within one working day.

  2. 02

    Assignment & storage

    within 4 hours

    Our WMS determines the optimal storage location based on rotation rate, weight and fragile status. Fast-moving SKUs go to the pick wall; slow-moving ones go to the high racking.

  3. 03

    Climate & zone assignment

    Temperature-sensitive products go to the chilled or conditioned zone; fragile goods go to the quiet aisle with no forklift traffic.

  4. 04

    Live registration

    As soon as the scan comes in, you can see the stock in the client portal. Movements such as receipt, relocation or hire are visible in real time to your team and your shop.

  5. 05

    24/7 security

    Badge-controlled access, inert-gas fire suppression for sensitive zones, and camera surveillance at every aisle. Monthly report with stock days and peak figures.

A storage agreement always covers the essentials in a consistent way. Optional add-ons are charged separately, and a few things we explicitly leave to a specialist partner.

  • Pallet and loose-unit storage

    Standard EU pallets and bin locations with real-time stock sync to your shop.

  • Fragile zone

    Dedicated racking with air-filled packaging space and no forklift traffic.

  • Fire and intruder security

    24/7 access control, inert-gas fire suppression, and camera surveillance at every aisle.

  • Stock insurance

    Up to € 500.000 per location included in the rate; additional cover available on request.

  • Client portal

    Live stock, movements, expected receipts and monthly reports — access for your own team.

Optional

  • Climate zone (4 °C – 21 °C)

    For temperature-sensitive products. You set the bandwidth yourself per product group.

  • Gift-wrap area

    Dedicated workbench for seasonal peaks (Sinterklaas, Christmas, Black Friday). Can be added temporarily.

  • Display assembly & POS packs

    We put together retail displays or marketing packs for dispatch to third parties.

  • On-site photo studio

    Small product photography spot with white background and daylight LED. Handy for influencer packs.

Not included

  • Bulk storage (> 100 pallets per SKU)

    We build a bespoke solution for that — a separate quote with a dedicated location and handling rate.

  • Hazardous goods (ADR)

    Requires a separate ADR licence. We are happy to recommend a specialist partner.

  • Chilled and frozen storage below 0 °C

    Outside our climate range. For frozen products we refer you to specialist fulfilment partners.

Questions we hear often

How secure is my stock with you?
Our warehouses have 24/7 access control, fire suppression and insurance that covers the full stock value.
Can I view my stock in real time?
Yes. You get access to the client portal where you can see live stock, movements and expected receipts.
What happens when there is a discrepancy between the delivery and the packing list?
We photograph damaged parcels; discrepancies with the packing list are reported to you within one working day via the portal. You decide whether we recount or rescan.
What if my volume grows quickly?
We scale with you. With each new monthly volume we assess whether space needs to be freed up in another zone or a separate pick route needs setting up — usually implemented within two weeks.
