Shipping & track-and-trace

We ship parcels and pallets to NL, BE and DE within 24 hours, and to the UK within 72 hours. We work with PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS — our system selects the best carrier for each order.

Our multi-carrier setup automatically selects the fastest carrier for each order. Your customers receive their parcel as quickly as possible, without you having to negotiate or plan routes yourself.

For pallet shipments, we work with specialised pallet carriers across Europe.

How it works

One system, four carriers, one parcel out the door

The carrier is chosen before the label is printed. We calculate per order on cost price, transit time and delivery density in the area — your customer only notices the result.

  1. 01

    Carrier selection by the WMS

    For every parcel, the system weighs postcode, weight, dimensions, delivery promise and current carrier performance. A 1 kg parcel to Berlin goes via DPD, a fragile one to Antwerp via DHL — automatically.

  2. 02

    Label generation

    < 5 sec per order

    Our API connects directly with PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. No separate carrier dashboard needed, no individual contracts to maintain on your end.

  3. 03

    Manifest & pickup

    daily 16:30 + 18:00

    The carrier receives the manifest 30 minutes before pickup. Two rounds per day — the second catches express orders with a cutoff of 18:00.

  4. 04

    Track-and-trace push

    As soon as the label is generated, the tracking number is sent back to your shop automatically and included in your customer's confirmation email.

  5. 05

    Delivery notification & exceptions

    Delivered, refused, re-attempt — all status updates come in via webhook and are visible in the client portal. You receive a proactive alert if there are any delays.

The four standard carriers cover 95% of European destinations. For the UK we route via our own Coventry hub to avoid Brexit delays. Special requirements are arranged on request.

    Generated directly within our WMS — no intermediate steps or carrier portals.

    Tracking numbers and updates are sent automatically to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or via webhook to your own platform.

  • Delivery notifications via your shop

    Dispatched, in transit, delivered. Your customer sees the updates in the same branding as your shop.

  • Express vs. standard choice per order

    For business buyers or high-value orders you can select express; standard remains the most cost-effective route.

  • Royal Mail (UK)

    For UK-only flows with light goods. More cost-effective from our Coventry hub than continental carriers.

  • FedEx (intercontinental)

    For shipments outside Europe. We handle the customs paperwork up to 5 kg; above that, with a designated freight forwarder.

  • Own carrier contract

    Do you have your own arrangement with a carrier? We integrate with your account instead of ours.

  • Temperature-controlled transport

    Temperature-sensitive goods from chilled dock zones, with carriers that monitor the entire journey.

Not included

  • Customs handling outside EU/UK

    For shipments to Switzerland, Norway, the US or further afield, we arrange the paperwork separately — a separate project at a separate rate.

  • Pallet transport > 3 m height

    Our standard pallet carriers transport up to 2.4 m. Taller loads are handled via a specialist carrier.

  • Hazardous materials (ADR)

    Same reason as with storage: a separate ADR licence is required. We can recommend a specialist partner.

Questions we hear often

Which carriers do you use as standard?
PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. Plus Royal Mail from our UK hub. We select per order based on cost price, transit time and service level.
Does my customer receive track-and-trace?
Yes, automatically. The tracking number appears in your shop and the confirmation email. We push status updates back via webhook.
What happens if there is a delay?
Our webhook listener registers exception events within ten minutes of the carrier update. You receive a notification in the portal and can alert your customer service team straight away.
Can we use our own carrier?
Yes. We integrate with your existing carrier account and use it alongside our standard carriers. The system then selects according to your preference.
